Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve begun processing it. Order processing usually takes 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking details.

Estimated shipping time is 5–10 working days (Monday – Friday) after dispatch.

We’re proud to offer free delivery on all orders shipped to Australia.


Delays

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but sometimes delays can occur due to holidays, high-volume periods, customs, or weather conditions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5–10 working days, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us.
